St Just en Chevalet Discovery Walk
5.4km - about 1 1/2 hrs
This walk is designed to show off some the best views of St Just en Chevalet and the countryside around. You should see the Bois Noirs, the Loire Valley and the Forez plain as well as the Forez mountains. If the weather is clear you can see the Lyonnais mountains and the Pilat, and on occasions the Alps. Although there is a certain amount of climbing it is all on good tracks with no very steep sections. It can be done by all of the family. Refreshments and accommodation are available in St Just en Chevalet.
